Crizaf Rotating Drum separators are a versatile, cost effective way to provide accurate, post mold parts/runner separation. Perfect for even high volume applications, Rotating Drum separators can be adjusted to take into consideration all of the variable factors that affect separation time, such as cycle time, rotation speed, gap dimension and process angle.

The ATS drum consists of (20) PVC rollers, which are mounted together as pairs of (2). The unique single point roller adjustment allows an easy and quick adjustment of the separation gaps for different part/runner sizes. The infeed tube is equipped with a Polyurethane spiral to slow parts down as they enter the drum.

Single point roller adjustment allows the gaps between all 10 rollers to be spaced and set by a single control screw.
Automatically separates a wide range of parts / runner styles and sizes.
A special metering section at the beginning of the drum ensures that all parts and runners flow through the process without interference.
Height and angle adjustments are easy and can be done by one person - without tools
